about

Back in 2013 I had the idea I wanted to record a new album, something stylistically outside of the music I’d already released. Over the years I’ve been involved with many bands, playing music from genres belonging to various parts of the globe. It was time for me to branch out and explore what’s out there and therefore thought it would be nice to involve other people in the process of making this album. I reached out to fans, friends and colleagues on Facebook and other social media and asked for suggestions ranging from genre, instrumentation, songs, or just an idea to inspire me to write something new. The response was fascinating and lead to the construction of this album. Piece by piece the songs were written and then the recording process begun. The result has made me incredibly proud and I thank all the talented musicians for bringing this music alive.
